　　经过这次实习，我感触颇深，总结如下：

　　一、想当一名好老师不容易

　　做一名老师容易，做一名好老师的确很难。教学工作复杂而又繁琐。首先，要管理好整个班集体，提高整体教学水平。然后，又要顾及班中的每一名学生，不能让一名学生落伍。这就要求教师不能只是为了完成教学任务，还要多关心、留意学生，经常与学生进行交流，给予学生帮助。做学生学习上的良师，生活中的益友。

　　二、自信很重要

　　尽管我在初中时，曾经在班里讲过初中语文一片阅读篇目，但是当时毕竟是作为学生讲课，这次使作为老师来实战，多少还是紧张。再次，初为人师，总是有些紧张。第一次讲课事，我带着羞涩与忐忑抱着课本和教案走上讲台时，面对那么多双眼睛时，我当时确实有点紧张了。我在讲台上，在几秒钟时间内，深呼吸了几下，同时在心中暗自对自己说；你能行！终须把情绪稳定下来，还好事前的充分准备和大学的学生干部经历在关键时刻发挥了作用，再加上同学们对着我微笑的鼓励，我所有的紧张都在这一瞬间消失了，透过那一双双澄澈的眼睛，我也似乎读到了那一颗颗纯净的心，顺利地完成了教学目标。

　　三、教学要讲究方法

　　学生接触新知识使需要时间和理解，因此，在教学过程中要讲究正确的方法。精讲多练是我采取的一个巩固学生所学知识的方法。在课堂上，我少讲精讲，让每位同学做好笔记，掌握知识重点难点，然后给予他们更多的时间练习加以巩固，课后留有适当不同层次的作业让不同层次的学生去练习，这样通过精讲，多练，让学生在听的过程中掌握知识，在练的'过程中巩固知识。同时，我又让每位同学准备一个错题本，在我每次评讲习题的过程中，把他们易错的习题和知识点重点记在错题本上，以便于平时有重点地去记忆和理解。事实证明，这一方法切实可行，也行之有效。

　　四、听课对新教师至关重要

　　听课是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法，新老师只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验。所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。听课的主要对象是我们组的优秀老师的课，同时也听其他老师的课。这次实习中，我听了五节课，我的收获很大，逐步掌握了一些驾驭课堂的技巧。听完课之后，把教师们上课时讲到的记在听课记录上，然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改，将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学当中去，取得了较好的效果。

　　The whole city was dipped in warm light, when we arrived. God! I hardly made out this temple because the whole block was filled with people. We could move our feet just a little at a time. Now you may have the idea how many people there were. But it was amazing that the crowd was so quiet. Worshippers, one by one, seriously knelt down before the statue of the Buddha.

　　I thought that I hadn’t done anything as earnestly as them when I saw those worshippers praying so devoutly. Everyone kept quiet, closed his eyes. I seemed like that there was only him in this world. I was shocked. From them, I felt the strength of belief. I learnt that not only the belief of the Buddhism, but also the beliefs of all the beautiful things can enable us to be successful. Once we get our belief, the eternal spirit shall help us overcome all the difficulties we might meet with.
