一、实习目的
1.通过本次实习，巩固和运用所学的基础理论,专业知识和基本技能,获得英语教学工作的充分与全面锻炼,培养教育和教学上的独立工作以及与人合作的能力.
2. 通过本次实习，在教学工作的过程中向优秀教师学习,认识人民教师的光荣职责,树立和巩固忠诚人民教育事业的思想.
3.通过实习,全面检查专业知识的掌握程度,及时发现问题,采取改进措施,以提高自身能力.
二、实习单位简介

三、实习内容及过程
实习内容主要包括听课、备课、试讲、答疑及批改作业四部分。在本次实习
中，根据初中生英语学习的情况，结合自己的专业知识，认真钻研所实习学科的教学大纲,新课程标准和课程内容，听取原任课教师讲课并认真做好听课和评议的记录、在指导教师指点下，进行备课并尝试性讲课，同时，帮助老师批改作业，回答学生问题。
四、实习总结及体会
大学生活即将结束，我也即将步入社会。为了给将来打下坚实的基础，今年的3月1日，怀着期盼和喜悦的心情，我来到了自己的母校，开始了为期七周的实习生活。
七周的实习生活，让我尝到了身为一名教师的甜酸苦辣，更让我体会到一名教师肩负的责任。在这几十天里，作为一名实习教师，我一直以教师身份严格要求自己，处处注意言行和仪表，热心爱护实习学校和班级的学生，本着对学生负责的态度尽全力做好班主任工作;同时，作为实习生的一员，我一直紧记实习守则，遵守实习学校的规章制度，尊重实习学校的领导和老师，虚心听取他们的意见，并和队友们团结协作，完成实习学校布置的任务。下面就我的实习工作情况进行详细总结：
1.听课
听课是教师的一项必不可少的、经常性的职责与任务。听课有利于教学者之间相互学习，相互取长补短，共同提高，共同前进，有利于转变教学思想，更新教学观念，提高教学水平，提高教学质量。在试讲前的听课，是必不可少的一个过程。在此过程中，可以了解到什么样的教学形式，教学风格利于学生吸收。在实习期间，我就初一、初二、初三有选择性的听了五位老师共五堂课。在听课的过程中，我让自己进入到“学生”的角色，从学生角度，按学生水平去听课，并思考如果我就是学生那种认识能力和理解能力，我能否听得懂，学得会。站在学生的立场去理解课堂。同时，我也让自己进入到“教学者”的角色，思考，如果让我来上一堂课，我该怎么做。将讲课者的教法与自己的构思进行比较，从中找到自己欠缺之处。从这些老师的课堂中，我了解到了目前英语教科书的形式与特色，学生的基本情况，各个老师的.教学风格特色，为自己的试讲做好准备。
2．备课
充分备课是上好课的前提，提高课堂教学质量和效果，首先要抓好备课这一环。教学实践表明，教师在备课上所花工夫的多少直接影响授课的质量。备课作为教师课前准备的过程，亦是教师提高知识水平和教学能力、总结教学经验的过程。在备课之前，我请教了办公室的几位老师如何备课，并学习了他们的备课记录本。之后，我仔细思考了教科书的组织，在脑中构思一堂课的过程，初步完成了我的教案。在我的指导老师看过之后，我们一起改进了其中较为欠缺之处。我的第一份教案在经过多次修改之后终于通过。此后我又写过五份教案，每份教案都经指导老师检查后我才运用到实际教学中。
我深切体验到设计教案是一件很辛苦的事，耗体力也耗脑力，同时也是一件颇艺术的工作。经过良久的冥思苦想，忽然头脑开窍，一个思路出来了，一个问题解决了，那种成就感、兴奋感是不言而喻的。
3.试讲
我一共进行了两次试讲，每次大约20分钟。第一次试讲讲的是课本内容，，另一次使讲解课后作业。3月22日，我在初一六班进行了一次试讲。上课内容是Starter Unit4：what’s this in English?由于第一次上课没有太多经验，我在教学风格上部分模仿了我的指导老师，此外也添加一些自己的内容。比如，为了吸引学生的兴趣，我将简笔画与口语练习相结合，并以此复习学生们已经学过的单词。我的第一次试讲取得了较好的效果，指导老师也给予了肯定。当然，还是存在一些不足，比如，由于紧张，我犯了一个口头错误，在让学生做练习的时候少加了一句重要的句型。在课堂后，我在教室后面检查板书，发现板书格式不太规范。在与指导老师以及其他几位听课老师交流后，我将自己的优缺点都记下，为下次讲课做改进。

The above point is absolutely true; this essay will outline three reasons.
The main reason is that people should not master existent right of animals. Not only people but also animals have the right to live. More and more wild animals are rapidly disappearing from this globe, it couldn't be pided with that animals were hunted and killed cruelly. It is unfair to animals whose existent right was only exchanged with people's food.
Another reason is that if people do not eat meat, their health will not be affected. The tenet of Chinese Buddhism forbids monks to kill any animals and eat them. Moreover the Chinese Kongfu comes from the Chinese temple that is famous in the world. The Chinese monks' healthy physique proves that cookbooks do not need have meat.
Last but not the least reason is that people have already made all kinds of man-made meat, so they do not have to eat animal meat. Man-made meat contains enough nutrition for healthy people, but it taste isn't better than animal's meat. At least, we do not have to kill animals in order to satisfy our appetite.
In conclusion, the important thing is to stop killing animals before it's too late. Otherwise we will lose them.
