However, it is not easy to get a bad habit because we sometimes think about it. The methods are as follows:

　　In order to get a bad habit, it is important that we first know that it is indeed a bad habit. For example, in the habit of smoking. It is obvious that smoking is harmful to people's health. It can lead to lung cancer and heart attacks. Besides, smoking is a waste of money. A chain-smoker pays almost every day for his own meal. Therefore, if he can realize the danger and waste, he will probably stop smoking immediately.

　　In order to get a bad habit, it is essential that we also have a strong will. Let's take up the habit of smoking again. Not long after many smokers picked up the habit, they gave up again. Many of them cannot tell them how many times they have tried to give up smoking and how they have not had so much time.
