　　Last Sunday, I went to visit my uncle with my parents by bus. As I just sat down, an aunt with a baby in her arms got on, but there was no more seat for her on the bus.

　　So I stood up quickly and gave my seat to her. The aunt said with a smile. "You are a nice boy. Thank you very much." The baby looked at me laughing and I was very glad.

　　爸爸先让我把今天的内容读一遍，我想，太简单了，“叽里呱啦”一读，等着爸爸来“验收”，没想到爸爸来了之后，却让我把第一单元的单词听写一遍，我打开书看了一眼，也不过如此嘛！以前我也听写过的，并不难，可爸爸却让跟磁带写，磁带说的`那么快，读都跟不上，何况写，我对爸爸说“你说汉语意思我来写英语单词。”爸爸说：“那就是‘中国式英语’，有的人只知道单词的意思，不会读、不会听，那还学什么？磁带要是太快了，你就听三遍，听不清，好不容易听清了，却又忘记怎么写了，到最后勉强写了十几个单词，交给爸爸，心想，该行了吧，但爸爸上我抄一遍，抄的时候，爸爸又开始纠正我写作姿势呀、书写规范呀，连我都想骂我一句，我怎么总改不掉错误？

　　写完了作业，手酸疼酸疼的，看来英语不下功夫学不好呀！但我有又坚定了目标，暑假一定要学好英语。

　　我想当一个英文老师，因为我觉得英文不但很重要，还是国际语言，如果大家都会英文，有外国人来可以和他们说话，出国去玩也可以跟外国人对话，自己旅行也不成问题呢！会英文只要身高够高也可以当空姐、把英文翻译成中文的翻译官或医生等，学会英文后在日常生活也很方便。

　　我现在每个星期的星期二、星期四、星期六都会去上英文课，上了两年的课，我们现在正在上Storyfun for Movers的课本，是剑桥英文检定考的课本，应该是明年一月要考试，只要每天练习念课文、背单字及练习句型一定可以拿到好成绩的'，我可以在家里把我念的单字录起来，到哪里都可以听，也可以用星期六早上请小姨帮我加强。
