小学阶段的英语老师上课时说话很有趣，很多单词他们都会用一个形象的比喻让我们更容易的记住它，当进入复习阶段每天只有语数英科时，英语就是我们最期待的一节课了。可是到了初中解除了一个新的老师，上课习惯和小学的老师截然不同，这让我对英语渐渐地厌烦了。
我们的`英语老师体型瘦小，戴副眼镜，看上去有点文静的感觉。上课时总板着一张脸，面无表情，十分恐怖。而她的语言和她的面容完全搭配——说话一点也不生动，一点也不吸引人。在几个教师当中，语文老师和英语老师成了最鲜明的对比——美妙动听-不咸不淡。说话时总是这样：“把这个句子画出来，这句是重点句，必须背出来……”但是老师讲课也很辛苦，所以我不能不听，也是为了自己。可这种无声无色的语言总让我犯困，所以我思量着：想一个打起精神的方法。
首先我就想到：一下课我就站起来，舒展手脚，所以我多举手发言不就好了吗？于是老师每次问问题我都伸高了我的手，“谢思远，你来回答！”我站起来，用最慢的语速回答，可是一下子我又回到了位子上。之后我一直举手，可是……我举了八次，老师都不叫我。随之我放弃了：毕竟四十个学生，二十来个举起了手，不一定会一直叫我。
我又陷入思考，我突然想起来，小学时有人用大声读书来解困，对啊！我也可以这样啊。于是我行动起来，每次读书时我都挺起腰背，大声朗读“can you spell it，please？”一个温柔的提问，被我读成残暴的命令。俗话说“没有完美的犯罪”说的还真有道理：不一会，我的“左邻右舍”用野兽盯着猎物异样的眼神盯着我，我咽了口口水——我闯祸了。一只娇小玲珑的小鸡被几条凶狠残暴的恶狼抓伤（幸好没被吃掉）。我放弃了，还是回归正道吧。
为了我的学习，也只好慢慢适应或忍耐老师的这种教学方式啦。其实要适应的时间也不长，也就三年！
