My Home Town我的家乡 My home town is a beautiful place. It stands beside a wide river and is rich in fish and rice. But in the old days it was a poor and backward little town. Many people had no work. They lived a hard life. In 1949 my hometown was liberated. Since then great changes have taken place there. The streets have been widened. Factories, schools, hospitals, cinemas and theatres have sprung up one after another. The life of the people is greatly improved. I love my hometown. All the more I love its people. They are working hard so as to make it still richer and more beautiful.

三年级某日，交作业时，我看到了这副眼罩。当时，我吓坏了，林老师睡觉时，怎么还睁着眼睛？难道也成张飞不成了？咦，皱纹也多了好多……仔细一看，才发现，老师戴了个眼罩，上面有海绵宝宝的.头像。那双眼睛睁得又大又圆，天蓝色，天真无邪，旁边围绕着许多皱纹，看上去凹凸不平，所以乍看上去老师仿佛“老”了许多。
突然，老师翻了个身，拿下眼罩，睡眼朦胧地问道：“力豪，你在干吗？啊——”“没……没什么……”说完，我就吓跑了，边跑边想着老师那可爱、搞怪的海绵宝宝眼罩。
后来午休，林老师来管理我们，她让我们背单词，自己竟戴上这眼罩躺在靠椅上呼呼大睡。有几个调皮的男孩就跳到靠椅旁，扭着屁股跳着舞。看到那个眼罩，还情不自禁地尖叫起来，将林老师惊醒了。“罚站！统统罚站！”林老师生气地大喝一声。哈哈，你要是觉得老师戴了眼罩，啥也看不到，就大错特错了。
