　　今天，我早早吃了午饭，12:30就来到了越溪实验小学，参加下午1；00举行的第八届“时代杯”英语风采大赛。来了以后，我们才知道,1:20才是真正动笔参赛的.时间，参赛证上的竞赛时间1:00实际上是进考场的时间。来早了，我就多复习了一遍。

　　1:20开始做竞赛题了。竞赛题分听力、基础运用、能力提升、图形推理四个部分。我按照要求，先做笔试部分。我先在试卷上把一个一个题目做好，然后一边检查，一边把答案誊到答题卡上，在小括号格子里填涂。

　　这次竞赛的试题还是有一定难度的，主要是有些词语既没教过，也从没接触过。实在没办法了，只好按照上下文的意思进行推测了，有的还真给我推测对了呢。2:20分，我们开始进行听力测试。听力要报题，我仔细把每道题都都听得很认真、很清楚，答题有很大把握。

　　最后，我又把答题卡上的答案和试卷上是否一致，进行了一次复查。收卷时间到了，我交了试卷，赶往沧浪少年宫参加“小主人报”编辑部活动。
