　　third, if you start feeling self-conscious(不自然的) in group, take a deep breath and focus your attention on other people. remember, you are not alone. other people are concerned(担心的) about disappointments(失望). profit(有利) them as lessons instead of frustration(frustration).

　　as each of us is an individual, we behave in our own personal ways. the better we understand ourselves, the easier it become to live up to our full potential. no one ever gets over being shy completely, but most people do learn to live with their shyness. even entertainers(请客者) admit that they often feel shy. they work at fighting their shy feeling so they can face the cameras and the public.

　　开始考了，我的耳朵像兔子的耳朵一样，两只耳朵竖了起来，一顶得听得一个字母不漏，这样才能做到效率高，写得快啊!开始啦，我轻松自在地写着，直到第四题，我有难了!听力的录音好快啊，我一个字也没听清，勉强做了三题，又一次，我还是似懂非懂，只好靠自己昨天的复习能力啦，我开始推理，开始排除，开始使用进去读，哈!这题终于解了，看似不难，其实很难!

　　听力部分结束，看读写部分啦，选择题都是找关键词，还好昨天有听讲，不然选择题就是一道陷阱，我哇哇哇地找坑跳呢!然后是判断对错，哈哈，短文很简单，是课内的，我一下子就做完啦。还有一张卷子，是课外的阅读短文，我瞄了瞄同桌的`，我的同桌是英语大师，做得很快的哟!谁也比不过，就算神仙下凡也得思想一阵子!我开始认真起来，终于，课外阅读做完了，现在迎接的是最难的一题：“制作周末计划”，要用英语表达，还有几些关键词哦!我想了一阵子，就开始写了，很快，我写完了，又瞄了瞄我的好同桌试卷，哇塞!她写得真够多啊，不愧是英语大师啊!
