　　One of my friends with me went to Xiamen in September before the beginning of this term. We spent 5 days there and slept for 4 nights. Personally, I don’t think that it is a wonderful trip. For me, I spent all of my money which was partially saved from my part-time job during the summer vacation and partially from my parents but found that it was a really tiring trip. Maybe it was out of my personality.

　　We visited Xiamen University, Gulangyu Island, Riyuegu Hotspring, Zengcuoan, Hulishan Fort, Nanputuo temple，Xiamen Museum, Zhongshan Road and so on. The schedule was so full within this five hot days that my feeling of tiredness far surpassed my enjoyment. But one thing moved me. So we have to took our environmental problem seriously.

　　Out of the thought that “Adults should go out to see the outside.”, I agreed this travel to Xiamen. After this travel, however, I found that I didn’t belong to the travel-loving group. 　　Mary, a girl who likes to travel around the world, booked an airline ticket with the help of a travel agency and went to Tibet alone. With all her luggage packed up, her parents saw her off and she read a magazine introducing tourist attractions and scenic spots around Tibet on the plane.

　　After going off from the plane, she checked in a hotel, and then took the bus to appreciate the beauties of nature.

　　Through the communication with local residents, she not only understood the local culture better, but also promoted friendship and understanding with them. From the tour, she learnt more about the outside world, which broadened her knowledge.
