　　今天是一个异常紧张的一天，因为今天下午要英语口试考试。

　　虽然现在已是初一下学期，对于考试也是有经验的了，但还是避免不了紧张的情绪，主要是自己缺乏一种自信吧！再加上我英语本身不好，上次月考考得还不错，让自己感到自己如果不比上次考得好的话就是一种退步。

　　这种心里压力无疑是极大，就像知道自己死亡期限了，只能眼睁睁地看着时间慢慢流逝，却无能为力改变这一切。所以整个人看起来有些消沉，就这样时间一直流到了下午第四节课，这时的我不知该复习什么好，却又感觉什么地方都要去看去背，这种纠结的心理只会让时间流逝得更快，于是我做了一个决定，那就是做作业，暂时不复习了，这个决定在我以前甚至当时看来是很荒唐的，分明要考试了，居然不去复习，还在这儿做作业！但这个看似荒唐的决定也是仔细地、深思熟虑过的，第一，现在这种情况无疑是浪费时间，与其干坐着还不如做作业呢；第二，曾经也遇到过类似的情况，第四节课背书因为感觉背得不熟，害怕被“打”下来，于是排到了后面，到自己时又不敢去，结果打铃了，课也没背到作业也没做。

　　于是我就这样去做了，不知不觉心好象静下来了，这种感觉玄之又玄，分明没有复习，却对考试有了信心，紧张感消失了大半。

　　吃完饭，到口度时不免还是紧张，说的过程有些音自己认为都没准，但却不再着急，不紧不慢地说下去，老师也是一脸微笑看着我，更让我信心大增。考完了后心态与以前考试相比又不同了，要是以前的话，肯定是感到有块大大的`石头从心中落下来，但这次却比之前的轻小许多，这是好事，说明我对考试已不再那么紧张，不过，平时还要更专心地、认真地学习，毕竟强大的自信来自于坚实的基础！
